We had a truly wonderful stay at JHD Dunant Hotel, and we’d gladly give it 5 stars! Our experience began on a very positive note, thanks to Pamela at the reception. She welcomed us warmly, explained everything in fluent English, and made sure we felt well-informed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. What really stood out was her kind gesture of switching to our native language after learning we were visiting from India. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made us feel genuinely cared for. Pamela went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed — from local tips to discovering hidden gems — and her professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and warmth made a lasting impression. She is truly an asset to the hotel! The rest of the staff were equally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — fresh, varied, and well-served in a lovely setting. All in all, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The dining experience in the evening was delightful, offering a pleasant atmosphere and delicious cuisine. Moreover, the breakfast was flavorful and diverse, providing a wide array of options to start the day on a high note.

It is an "art container" of 78 unique and exclusive rooms dedicated to Jean-Henri Dunant, the founder of Croce Rosso. The room was equipped with air conditioning, high-quality soundproofing, minibar, private safe, high-speed Wi-Fi and LCD TV. Parking is free. breakfast with extra charge. The staff is extremely professional and friendly, ready to help.

Nice and clean room. The bathroom was exceptional. Perfect for a one night stopover. Even though we didn't like some details that much, it's still a great value for the money!
